The refinance process was quick, Chris was sure to explain everything fully and answer any questions quickly. there were no hurdles or unexpected situations that arose during the refinance.

Easy to communicate and articulated the companies needs well
All in all good experience. Little run around and some confusion. But when isn't there any when financing a house. Would recommend and would use again.
Overall a great experience.
Once we started the process it would take several days and several tries to get questions answered by anyone at Planet Home. The process of refi was slow and many mistakes were made by planet home employees slowing the process even more.
Christopher was knowledgeable and very efficient. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure to work with him.
Chris made the process of applying very easy. I had a couple of problems but he solved them in a timely manner.
