Lack of communication with the female loan processor, never replied to my emails or phone calls
Chris made the process so smooth and clear. He helped provide a lot of clarity and always answered my questions promtly. It was such a good experience and I really appreciated his helping me through it.

Though Christopher was very good on follow-ups, there are times that there are miscommunication with scheduling and lack of updates with the loan process. Overall I had a pleasant experience.
