Chris did a great job keeping me informed during the process.
Chris was always on top of things, and he reassured us through this very long process due to Covid. He was a pleasure to work with, and I will refer him to all my friends in the future.
Overall it was a great experience other than it took several month to complete which made no sense at all. We did finally get it completed.
The biggest and only complaint was the time duration it took to complete the entire process! Over 3 months and yes I understand the COVID excuses but still felt it should have gotten done more expediently. Other than that the service and attention...
