Super easy process.
Christopher responded quickly every time I had a question. The only issue I have is that there needs to be more communication with the client, especially when the process takes as long as this did.
I understand that there were Covid related delays, but the lapse in the communication was so long that my portal account was deactivated. I had to call after at least 30 days to get our portal access reactivated and check status. It would have...
