    More communication during closing. We had to delay our closing twice due to lack of communication and information. My buyers were not happy with the situation.

    underwriter had more than enough time to do their job, made my clients very nervous and jump through hoops 2 days before closing. Unrelated to Christopher Kim. Cristopher did a good job and was very responsive.
