The fact that a 88 page document was suppose to be read and sent the same day. Truly did not know it was time sensitive.

Chris recently organized and moderated a training on appraisals for real estate agents. It was exceptional. He did a wonderful job communicating before the training and following up afterwards, and he even provided a detailed questions/answers...
