Chris was incredibly efficient, kind and helpful!

Everyone was easy to work with and answered all questions!

Dealing with experts who were patient, communicated effectively, and made me feel welcomed. I loved my experience and will refer a friend or family member without a doubt!

Chris was the main reason for my selection. When I was hanging on a ledge (metaphor) he was there to talk me down and ease my fears. He would always bring everything in doubt, back into positive perspective.

The constant communication even when I did not respond. The following up did not seem pushy but were friendly reminders. Made us feel as though we were their only clients. The mail reminders and email reminders...all great!

Easy to understand the process and get everything together. Our process was long and drawn out so there was time to get documents together. I do wish there were more options to lock in rates for longer time periods, but I know it's likely out...
