We had e-mail issues wich messed with comunication. I don't hold Chriss responsibly for that. Every one i had to work with, they were very helpful. The rates are my biggest issue.

Seems there was a breakdown in communication between realtor and Waterstone regarding items needed and last minute inspection that slowed process. This was not entirely Chris's or Waterstone's fault.
