All questions I had were answered promptly and any and all issues were handled quickly no matter what time it was, even on a long holiday weekend Chris took care of miss information that was wrong.
Better communication and accurate document requests. Many of the email contained the same information regarding information needed for underwriting, even after sending multiple times.
Chris was very helpful professional and pleasant to work with!!! It’s hard working with someone over the phone without being able to meet them in person first for me, I’m not really a phone person this pandemic has made things very difficult...
