Communication throughout the whole process was very lackluster. We were very confused on which person was in charge of our account and what was happening with our loan in general.
Chris made the whole process very easy for us. We had a hiccup at the begining with another company. He took over for them and made our process move fast and smooth. We were very happy with him and would use him again in a heartbeat.
