Knowledge of the service. Quick to respond.

Better communication. I know we are all Swamped I am in the mortgage business as well, but great communication via phone once in a while at key points is essential.

Chris and his team were nice to us, explained what was needed and then got the job done as quickly as possible! Communication was always open and if we ever has questions they answered them all
