    Well, we bought a house!! If I had taken this survey 2 weeks ago I would probably have answered “OK” but, in hindsight, after being in our house a week all of the mortgage process stress was well worth it. I appreciate NAF!

    Better communication between the team, and the fact that we were sent through so many hoops that it was ridiculous, and unprofessional. I did not appreciate the tone in which I was spoken to at all.
