Frequent communication via client and lender as well as well rounded team

Chris and his team were extremely professional. They were helpful every step of the way and answered all of my questions without delay. Highly recommend doing business with them!

The service was fine. The only major deficiency that comes to mind was the fact that the lender- ordered appraisal initially appraised the incorrect house. This was only corrected after I read the appraisal report and pointed out the issue....
