Very easy to get ahold of Loan agent when questions needed answers. Whole process was much smoother than I expect from hearing from others experiences. Would highly recommend!

Making the decision of which lender to accept was difficult due to a lot of competitive offers in the mortgage market. But I feel that I made the right decision with Ruoff and I am confident that Chris guided me to the best option for me.
