Communication and email updates.
Your processor sent incorrect documents 2 time. Title officer stayed late and came in early to work on it and your part was not a good outcome.
Failure to communicate then when dismissed from his job decided to Red flag our loan which now puts us an additional 2 months out from closing. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED
Knowledgeable friendly staff. Additionally, they would actually answer the phone if I had a question. Really easy process and we literally closed on the expected closing date

I feel that every time I turned in documents needed there were more being asked for. I feel that there could have been a more complete list of documents so that I didn’t have to keep sending in more that was being requested.
