I wasn’t thrilled with the appraiser and the 10 day extension because appraiser wouldn’t respond or pick up request. I felt like a local lender would have a better result even though Chet tried to pay for a rush. That was frustrating to me....

Only because the processor forgot to order the 2nd Appraiser when she was told to, so it delayed the closing. But other than that, Transaction was great.
Both Chet and Stacy were very professional and thorough during our loan application, all the way through closing.
Thanks for all you did!
The only transactions I have ever been involved in with summit they have not closed on time. This particular deal was a 45 day close. While unforeseen circumstances do pop up, consistence delayed closings is unacceptable.
