Our timeframe to close was relatively a short one. Everything was handled on a timely basis and we met our closing deadline.

It was a very complicated loan in my opinion, with a lot of tweaks required. guild mortgage was very good at figuring out ways to help me and my family overcome the hurdles of this particular property in order to purchase our first home.
