I have normally used a local lender. The process was unclear at times, and I did not like that additional fees were asked for without clear understanding of what they were for.

Thank you Nancy. It was really unfortunate that our AZ branch wasn't honest with you. I'm really happy you got what you needed from us and that our nonQM products worked well for your unique situation.
Communication was often disjointed. Emails and calls were not responded to. the failure led to a delayed closing date that caused logistical issues.
