    Great service until it went to the underwriter. She didn't seem to understand information given to her. Charlie, Lacey and Nicole were outstanding! Lacey is a GEM!!

    Would only hear " Things are looking good". Tried several times to get the number i was " approved for" but Charles would never tell me. Hard to look for a new home without a budget. Decided not to buy because thing just didn't settle well...
