    As a realtor, it is contractually required that the lender utilize the LSU vs. email update. I had to ask for the initial LSU and subsequently continued to receive Charles'/Nova's version of updates.

    A lot of paperwork should be explained more thoroughly especially since most people buy a home once in a lifetime and don’t undestand what there looking at right away and the loan officer wants everything back right away
