Fast response, competitive interest rate and flexibility with some of the details such as escrow handling.
Charles and his team communicate well and maintain a professional but friendly attitude. I was able to understand where we were in the process and what might be needed moving forward. Everything was done in a timely manner.
If you would have forced me to write 11 characters, I wouldn't have taken this .
