There are two parts to a commitment. The initial one which has conditions. The clear to close is when all the conditions are satisfied. The clear to close was issue the day before your closing date.
Sylvia and her team were on top of the process and helped us close in a tight time frame, while keeping us informed of the process.
Greg and his team always answered my questions and were strategic in handling my situation. I feel confident that they have my back long-term. They were great to work with.
