I wish nothing would have gone differently! Chad was awesome help and super personable. He helped me late in the evenings, early mornings, whenever I called he made time to help me with everything.

This was much easier than purchasing my previous home. I really liked the loan butler where I could check my status anytime. Chad was excellent and always answered my calls and questions! I would definitely recommend him and Ruoff!
