Lack of coordination, loading information several times on the portal, titled property incorrectly, seemed like no one knew what was happening, although this may have been due to different loan officers involved in the project.

While attending ODU for Engineering (later switching to Finance), he worked as an electrician to help pay for school. After starting his career in construction, Chace transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2011, finding his passion in helping people achieve their dream of homeownership. Since joining TowneBank Mortgage in 2016, Chace has excelled in guiding clients through the financing process for a variety of loan products.
