Cathe was very quick to respond and very pleasant to work with through the loan process. Despite set back on the offer being accepted we were able to close on the house just a couple of days later than originally planned.

Closing costs were a bit of a pickle however Cathe did a fantastic job to provide the numbers as soon as they were available for her to calculate. Cannot recommend Cathe enough!
