Everything was well organized and we appreciated the personal care Carol took to make sure we completed everything needed.
The process was smooth from start to finish. Anytime something was needed from us we were notified right away, and everything was explained in simple terms.

It was SO easy! The paperwork process is all computerized and very simple, even for people who don't normally use computers. The communication was way above average and Carol was so friendly and easy to work with. I highly recommend!
