Carlton Kutas is the best!! He was extremely informative and worked so hard. He truly did his best. He was always able to answer my questions and help me out with other things even on weekends. I couldn’t have asked for anything more.

Lack of communication, there was never any call or email from Carlton. It was pretty sad, given lenders and realtors work hand and hand.

The loan officer went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get I to a house and keep it in budget
