Our questions were constantly not answered without having to repeat them in different ways. We were told by both of the people who were supposed to communicate with us that they would call back in x amount of time and we'd never hear from them...

You did make it better, we had multiple lender/processors involved in making this a very good experiance. Unfortunately Carlos was not very present.

Getting the information needed , repaons times are a little slow some of the time .
