Our questions were constantly not answered without having to repeat them in different ways. We were told by both of the people who were supposed to communicate with us that they would call back in x amount of time and we'd never hear from them...

You did make it better, we had multiple lender/processors involved in making this a very good experiance. Unfortunately Carlos was not very present.
Carlos was always there and was able to answer any questions I had about anything throughout the entire process. Even if there was something he couldn't answer he would find the answer for me. He answered all of my calls and if he was busy...
