    BTC provides great quality fiber optic internet at a fair price. They have always provided great technical support, and also sent repairmen promptly when needed. You cannot ask for much more than that in this day and age.

    I wish you could delete "Fair" in the ratings. I would leave it at Poor. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. They are rude. I had typed a boatload of detail but realized this all you need to know. Their Executive Staff profiles on their website...
