    I've bad BTC broadband for 13 years now. In the very early days, we would occasionally have issues, but for the last six or eight years, not a problem.

    Great service, REAL small town customer service, nothing but great service internetwise. I work as a IT consultant and never have outages 3+ years of great internet. The speed of the service alone would keep me as a customer! Keep up the great...

    BTC is extremely unreliable, with constant connection issues. I pay 45 dollars a month for speeds "up to 10 megs", and I'm lucky if I get half that on a good day. Not to mention I experience constant outages. Their policies seem tailor-made...
