The worst cable service I've ever used. I'm paying for the fastest service but many times cannot stream amazon prime video without constant buffering. Speed tests are absolutely atrocious.

Even though I am having to move due to my job, BTC would not work with me on waiving any of the contract termination fees. They just kept saying, "It's in your contract". Be aware that they will only do the contract thing, not the right thing...

Installation was outstanding! We had a bit of a complicated situation and Luke and his team came thru and now we have super FAST internet.

Our previous service was with AT&T and their results are all shown on the attached picture with the exception...

I have had them for many years, over the last few months as they have expanded, the service has been less than good and now they disconnected me because they have a rolling late payment cut off date, I have paid my payment 6 times in the past...

Worst internet service. I encourage everyone to explore other options before getting them.
