I found Brian to be rude. Would not answer questions or concerns over email, even after being asked numerous times. At times I just wanted further explanation to try and understand things. I felt rushed with things.

Hello Tricia I am sorry you felt that way. Sometimes it's hard to explain all the moving parts in a mortgage and its better with phone calls. Is there anything we can do at this point to make things better?
This was my first time buying a new build construction home and the process was a little different compared to a resale. Upon the initial meeting with the builders sales rep, she had Brian Reeve on the phone explaining how the numbers worked...

Brian was great, very knowledgeable, took more time with me then he needed to do so . He answered all my questions , and was very prompt in returning my phone calls and texts. Most important he made the numbers work for me.
