We loved working with Brian, and would love to use him in the future.
Brian and the team were great. However, it seems that there is an issue with the payment on my Insurance with USAA. They say are not paid
Well, the Fed helped but Brian made the refi process effortless! Brian communicated every step of the way, even when there appeared to be no relief in sight. Thankful to Brian and Planet Home Lending team for making this refi easy!

The re-finace was seemless. Brian took care of everything and only contacted me if he needed anything from me. Very pleasant experience.
The process was very simple and quick. The only drawback was not having much time to review complete loan costs prior to closing. We were still happy overall.
