Brendan and his team made the whole loan process painless! He was available and helpful. 10/10 recommend!
Brendan did a wonderful job from my side of the transaction. I was the listing Broker (represented the sellers) and from what I experienced it all went very smoothly and the communication was outstanding.
The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant, smooth and pleasing to myself as the Listing Agent. I look forward to adding Brendan to my Vendor list for Lenders I recommend.
