Brenda was great the whole way through. we were about naive on how to wire money on the final step so that would be helpful to outline a week ahead in case we needed to move money to a different bank in order to wire it

We got the job done fairly quickly and easily.
Very easy closing, no lender hang ups.
I have never had a closing so prepared and closed so early. Escrow said the wire was waiting for them at the start of the day. I was highly imprrssed. I'm all about efficiency however I was sad I had very little contact with you.
