with Brandon there were no suprises he always explained everything where I could understand it I could always get ahold of him really never waited more than a minute or two for text answers and he always answered his phone

Mr. Hooper was always communicating with my husband and I, if a problem occured he always made sure it was taken care of. He was also always open and pleasant to work with!

Had to jump through several hoops and process kept getting pushed farther out to finish.
