Solid communication

Communication was lacking .

The lack of communication and the slowness of the underwriting department was horrible. Underwriting needs to be better.

I am not sure where the breakdown occurred. processor or Brad but they kept former buyer agent On email trail and I was exclude. I was getting exciters with no knoedge of what was going on.
