As a first time homebuyer, it was nice to be able to call anytime we had questions. They explained everything in a way that made sense, and worked hard with us to get the best kind of loan.

Brad and his team did not communicate with me, the buyers agent, much. They did a good job for the Buyer, but I would like to have been aware of the communication they had with the Buyer so we could work together as a team. I was in the dark....
