We had a lot of trouble getting the app to work for my husband and both we and Academy mortgage tried many things. It was very frustrating. The team did find a solution and sent the paperwork by email using a different method.

Alot of the time we would have to send over an unnecessary amount of documents. Sending over documents is fine don't get me wrong, but we would send what we were asked to over and then the team would be say oh we actually also need these other...
