It took 4 months to complete the application process to get to the construction phase, and it seemed several times we were asked to provide the same information repeatedly. Not sure if this is common as we've never been through this process...

Never would reply back to us or builder when a question was asked, kept sending the account questions after repeated conversations about the accounts being our kids. Not particularly fond of someone trying to tell me what I can and can't do...

Everything went well, i just wish some of the underwriting and closing processes went in order. It felt a little disorganized trying to get everything closed on time.
Great experience because, everyone was very pleasant to work with. Also thank you for helping us reach our goal of owning our new home.
