The team did a great job ensuring that we closed on our construction loan as fast as possible. Everyone was awesome to work with!
I did not feel like things were communicated appropriately through the process. I did not know they were waiting on the builders contract to proceed until I asked about the appraisal. The appraisal process was a fiasco.
