The loan press felt more like an entaragation. Asking for the same information 3 or 4 times because it didn't fit what she expected.
Lack of communication and the extent of time it took to get a response and approved time took forever! Lied about Being in contact with us and made our family distressed throughout the whole process! Not happy!
