Didn’t seem to understand my wife’s ss#, had to have our HR guy figure out the retirement account stuff even though I understand it was in the handbook we sent, 7k earnest money not a part of down payment when I was told it was.
Was not made aware that there were items pending from the seller until date of close to release funds. While we did close on the day expected, it was very close.
We felt that things were not taken care of in a timely manner. There were last minute problems that should have been taken care of ahead of time . We were then promise signing times that didn’t happen as we were told . Which made the transition...
