Clear communication and professionalism
Just finished my 3rd deal with Bob. This one was a little difficult but we got it done! Thx Bob
There seemed to be some miscommunication between people in the office and some issue with the computer system kept sending me emails to sign paperwork that didn’t need to be signed.

It was very professional and responsible and great working with him.
MiJean was great in keeping the paperwork flow going. I appreciated her checking in with me and troubleshooting tech issues. Also, Bob was available when needed.
