    Fin title co. dropped the ball numerous times. We had to get three different updates on closing costs due to their lack of knowledge. A simple Re-Fi should not take almost four months. Blake was patient and helpful during these circumstances...

    Refinancing went so smooth thanks to Blake. Everything was very simple and he explained everything upfront. He got me get a great rate. Kortney handled the ending of loan and she was awesome as well!
