Very communicative, always kept is up to date with progress. Very knowledgeable

Communication was terrible. Loan officer and processor would never answer phone or emails. I had to evolve my broker to help speed up the transactio/process of replying because the risk of making our clients homeless. Sent three emails on day...

everyone was excellent, easy to reach, good advice, and positive attitudes. will recommend them to others.
