More communication- actual Communication on items we were waiting on, more transparency- literally one of the worst Deals I’ve ever done.

Bien did a great job of communicating and making sure everything was needed and reviewed when I had questions. The overall process was actually quite rough (three different loan processors) but Bien was awesome and helped smooth out the bumps...
