Good communication. Got more info from the lender than from the agent. The agent never respnded to messeges or calls. I can always count on a deal being in good hands.

Thanks Shawna! I do try to keep all parties updated. Unfortunately not all agent communicate very well.
Bottomline, Ben gets things done. He was extremely helpful during the entire process, his communication was exceptional, and we always felt like we were in good hands with Ben by our side.
