Ben was awesome, super helpful and responsive leading to the sale of my home, however, the support people who work with him in the closing process were less than stellar with communication

Congrats Amber. That is the title company who did not have the best communication. We do not get to pick the title company, so we cannot control who we work with.
It went real smooth and felt like we were priority rather than company profit.
