Ben was GREAT to work with. He was punctual with communication. It might be helpful for new clients to be aware that during this process, clients need to answer frequent, time sensitive emails and phone calls during the day.

I had zero communication with Ben or his team. They gave us zero status updates on the transaction. We had no idea if the appraisal has been ordered, how the buyers were doing with their loan processing, and if we were closing on time.
Great communication, made the process easy.
